Interactive Kiosk
An interactive kiosk is a publically accessible computer, which usually provides interactivity through a touch screen interface. The interactive kiosk fulfils a number of functions such as self service kiosks, vending machines as well as public information displays in shopping malls and museums.
Traditional kiosk applications can be combined with traditional digital signage in distinct on-screen zones. In this way advertising media can be managed together with the interactive content on the same network. Advertising content can also be shown on a separate screen which would normally be installed above the interactive screen.
