Have you imported media?

Answer:

Before you can upload to the FTP server you need to make sure you have completed the following steps:

  1. Import you media. Click here for more information.
  2. Create Playlists for your media. For more information click here.
  3. Create a schedule for the Playlists or Overlays you have created. Click here for more information.

Please remember to ensure that you have also:

  1. Setup an FTP server.
  2. Setup a local Player.
  3. Configured the Player in the Manager.
  4. Assigned the Player to a Channel.
