Open FTP Ports in Windows Firewall

You may have to open the FTP ports in Windows Firewall. Open Start/Control Panel/Windows Firewall.

Click the ‘Exceptions’ tab. Click the ‘Add Port’ button. Enter  ‘Mediacaster Port 5555’ for the ‘name’ and ‘5555’ for the ‘port number’. Click ‘OK’.

Click the ‘Add Port’ button. Enter ‘FTP Port 21’ for the ‘name’ and ‘21’ for the ‘port number’. Click ‘OK’. Click ‘OK’.
